Arihia Latham is of Ngai Tahu Māori, English, Irish and Dutch descent and lives in Wellington. She is a facilitator, writer and rongoā practitioner. She writes poetry and short fiction and has featured in two Huia short story collections, Landfall and Ora Nui journals.
